My Philosophy

I have a tagline here at MotionalCORE: "Just Dance into it." It is a compelling concept that can help you achieve your fitness goals. My concept behind "Just Dance into it" means that you should approach exercise with a lighthearted, joyful attitude. Rather than viewing it as a chore or a duty, you should embrace movement as a celebration of your body's capabilities.

But how can you apply this concept in your own life?


Here are a few tips:


1. Find an exercise routine that you enjoy. Whether it's dancing, yoga, running, or weightlifting, there's an activity out there that will make you feel energized and alive. Experiment with different types of exercise until you find one that you genuinely love. For me, the fitness activity I enjoy is Essentrics, not only as a stand-alone fitness activity but as a great way to balance other activities and clear out stressors.


2. Focus on the process, not the outcome. Instead of fixating on the number of calories you're burning or the pounds you're losing, try to enjoy the physical sensations of movement. Feel your muscles working, your heart pumping, and your breath flowing. Allow yourself to be fully present in the moment.


3. Surround yourself with positive, supportive people. Whether it's a workout buddy, a trainer, or an online community, having a network of like-minded individuals can help you stay motivated and engaged.



For me, "Just Dance into it" is about even more than exercise. It's a philosophy that I apply to all areas of my life. Do you want to try it as well?
